You don’t often get a choice as it is so busy; I took the time I was given. From memory I think the first dive is 0600am, there is quite a lot to do before you actually get the plane up so I imagine they might open before that. They stop before 12noon because it is too hot once the sun is at its peak - so expect to be going along in the morning. If you do have a choice, I’d suggest after 8, that way any fog should have cleared away. It’s an awesome experience and the guys who partner you are all fantastic fun! You will thoroughly enjoy
